CELEBRATION OF 9th INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY AT S.W.S. ON 21/06/23
“Yoga is not about self improvement,it’s about self acceptance”.
The International Day of Yoga is marked annually on June 21 on a global scale since 2015.An invaluable gift 🎁 of ancient Indian tradition,yoga has emerged ✨as one of the most trusted means to boost physical and mental well being.This year the theme for International Yoga Day is “Yoga for Vasudhaiva kutumbkam” which beautifuly encapsulates our collective aspiration for “One Earth 🌍,One Family,One Future.”
Professional fitness trainer Mrs.Kanchan Gurnani graced the occasion and under her supervision all the teachers performed varios yoga sans. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation of teachers this yoga practice include many physical exercise breathing,surya namskar, stretching and mental exercise such as meditation or dhyan yog it brings balance in life.
The session went on for 30 minutes and encouraged to practice regular yoga.
