Admission Process
Follow these simple steps to secure your child's future
Fill the Enquiry Form
Parents to fill the Enquiry Form on our website or in person at school, choosing the branch of preference.
Enquiry Confirmation
Upon submission of the online enquiry form, parents will receive communication regarding their location and contact details for the next steps. If the parent directly visits the school, the counselor will guide them to the next step of the admission process.
Counselor Connect
Our school counselor will connect with the parent over call and share information about the school, fee structure, virtual counseling or phone counseling, campus visit, etc.
Admission Form Purchase
Once the counseling session is done with the parent and student, an admission form has to be purchased from the accounts department.
Form Submission
The duly filled admission form along with the documents mentioned below is to be submitted to the counselor for processing the admission.
Required Documents
Please ensure all documents are ready at the time of registration
Aadhar Card
Aadhar card of the student and both parents.
Birth Certificate
Birth Certificate issued from Local Bodies / Municipal Corporation.
Residential Proof
Valid residential proof of the family's current address.
TC / LC
Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate from the previous school or organization.
Mark Sheet / Report Card
Mark sheet or report card of the previous grade attended.
Student Photographs
Two copies of the latest passport size photographs of the student.
Parents' Photographs
Passport size photograph of both mother (1) and father (1).
Medical Records
Applicable in case the child belongs to CWSN or has any other medical complications.
Other Supporting Documents
Any other supporting document upon the special request of the school.
⚠️ Important Notice
Incomplete registration forms will be rejected. Please ensure all documents are properly filled and attached before submission.
General Rules
Important guidelines for students and parents to ensure a smooth academic journey at St. Wilfred’s School, Jaipur.
Regular Attendance
Your ward should come to school regularly and on time to ensure consistent learning.
Proper Uniform
Students should be neatly and properly dressed as per the school norms and dress code.
Homework Completion
Students should be regular in their homework and complete all assignments on time.
Parent Signatures
Remarks made by the teacher should be read thoroughly and duly signed by the parent.
Leave Application
A leave application should be sent in case your ward is absent from school.
School Property
Your ward should have respect for school property. Any damage done will be fined.
Classroom Visits
Parents are not allowed to visit their ward or teacher in the classroom during class.
Exam Attendance
Students are not entitled to re-test if they remain absent on the exam day or unit test.
No Jewelry
Wearing any type of jewelry or accessories is not permitted for safety reasons.
Parent-Teacher Meetings
Attending school parent-teacher meetings is compulsory for all parents and guardians.
Address Updates
Parents/guardians are requested to intimate the school of any change in their address.
Lost Documents
If the report card or fee booklet is lost, a duplicate will be issued at the cost of Rs 100/-.
Social Functions
Withdrawal of your ward from classes for mere social functions is not recommended.
